Lorato

Title-Lorato
Medium-Oil on Masonite Board
Size 6x6 Inches

This Challenge is certainly proving tough at the moment, simply because of my lack of time.I was working on this last night and finished just after 10 o clock.Since my studio is in my bedroom, and I share it with my brother it was not surprising that he was constantly muttering about switching the light off ,and ,go to bed etc, etc.Anyway I ignored his threats and focused on finishing this little portrait,it is called Lorato which is a common Setswana name, and when translated into English means, Love.

Beautiful portrait and I find it heart-warming that a common name there translates to 'love'. Thank you for sharing your art and thoughts.
